May 2021 Region 2 Recipients
Congratulations to Ms. Leslie Nightingale and Ms. Nicole Scifo on being recognized as the May 2021 FCPS CARES Recipients of the Month for Region 2 by the Department of Human Resources.
Below is the write up submitted by Wendy Eaton, a colleague at Longfellow Middle School.
Leslie and Nicole have a few students who were upset that NoRedInk used their former names and former pronouns, which were imported from SIS and contacted NoRedInk. NoRedInk was able to provide a solution. Leslie and Nicole were able to provide the information to many other FCPS English teachers. MANY thanks for continuing to advocate for ALL students.
