Jumpstart to Success Summer Program
Longfellow Middle School is excited to host the jumpstart to success program. Jumpstart to Success is a primarily nonacademic transitional program that focuses on helping rising 7th graders get to know Longfellow and the expectations of middle school. Students will participate in sessions covering topics such as study skills, test taking strategies, and time management techniques. The program helps ensure a smoother transition to middle school by introducing students to staff, peers, school layout, and basic policies before the school year begins. Students will partake in scavenger hunts, locker relay races, and daily physical education activities throughout the session as well. We will do our best to accommodate your session request, but it is not guaranteed due to the number of participants. The fee for the program is $50.00 and financial assistance is available for students in need. Payment must be submitted using MySchoolBucks.
